Kleiner Nugget für unsere drei P.E.-Fans (Krupa, Ram und xy): Die vor 25 Jahren von Coldcut ins Leben gerufene Radioshow „Solid Steel“ feiert 25-jähriges Jubiläum und zu diesem Anlass hat ein DJ namens Moneyshot, den ich leider bis dato nicht kannte, einen abartigen Mix rausgehauen, der das P.E. Album „It Takes A Nation of Millions To Hold Us Back“, das dieses Jahr ebenfalls 25 wird, verwurstet hat.
Und zwar die Original-Platten, die vom Bomb Squad für die legendäre Produktion gesampelt wurden (natürlich überwiegend Funk / Soul), wie die Tracks vom Album, das in nicht wenigen Listen als eines der besten Alben jemals gehandelt wird.
